CROP

Dr. Mohyuddin Mirza has over 40 years of experience and knowledge in growing crops under protection like greenhouses and field production of medicinal plants. He is a graduate of the University of Alberta in plant sciences with specialization in plant health management. Since 2000 Dr. Mirza has been working with plants with medicinal value like echinacea, ginseng and many others in the greenhouse environment and hydroponics system. In 2014 he completed a benchmark study on growing hemp for CBD extraction and thus developed some very detailed protocols for producing high-quality hemp in greenhouses. One of the critical discoveries was made that management of nutrients is essential for CBD enhancement. Thus, he developed a unique nutrient formulation for indoor and outdoor production of hemp which is also applicable to cannabis production. It is the first time he classified cannabis as an “iron inefficient” plant, and thus the Cultivation, Regenesis & Optimization Protocol was formed since then much attention has to be paid to nutrient management.
